It's a quote from Christian Dior. I was trying to translate the following: "A woman;s perfume tells more about her than her handwriting"Does this English-French translation make sense?

It's correct, but just a little bit awkward.
In fact I think that this sentence would be more natural and more suitable:
"Le parfum d'une femme en dit bien plus à son sujet que son écriture"
or also
"Le parfum d'une femme révèle/dévoile bien plus de choses que son écriture"Does this English-French translation make sense?
If making sense means the sentence is coherent, then yes. It is a good advertising line.
