It seems a consent of marriage... with a lot of legal info, like place, date, witnesses, their jobs and lots of stuff...

Perhaps a multiple couples marriages constance (all married at once or same ceremony).
I could try but I really cannot read what's written, the only thing I could decipher was that it was about a wedding...
